LHIG and related companies are Florida based companies and were established as real estate development and construction firms. The Companies provides land development, construction and construction and project management services as well as and property management services for projects in the US and in select markets in the Caribbean.

In recent years the company has participated in numerous residential and resort-based projects in the US and in the Caribbean. Past projects include:

management of affordable rental units
development of multiple residential housing units
co-development of several residential and resort properties on Turks & Caicos Islands
construction of Emerald Gardens townhomes on Provo Island (Turks & Caicos)
development of affordable homes for the City of Pompano Beach, Florida
development of Casa del Sol, a 34-unit townhome development in West Palm Beach, Florida
development and construction of multiple projects in our home market in South Florida
The organization's 5-year business plan proposes to develop and build over 100 affordable housing units, primarily in South Florida for moderate income families
